Consumer Additions are partnered with a luxury British shirtmaker that is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst.
This heritage brand is one of the most highly reputed in the industry, for its bespoke suits, shirts and ties, with boutiques in Mayfair and New York.
This is a new role for the brand which has arisen from strong growth over the last couple of years. As such, you'll be in a team of one, but will work very closely with the Merchandising and eCommerce teams.
This role is fully onsite 5 days per week in Mayfair, London.
Responsibilities:
- This role will have a strong focus on the administration, setup and troubleshooting of applications: including Teamwork, Zedonk and Shopify.
- Product creation in Teamwork (https://www.teamwork.com/)
- Be the liaison between the application support partners and the business.
- Be first point of contact for data integrity issues and queries.
- Weekly reporting creation and data warehouse updates. Pulling data from all sources including Sage, Teamwork, Zedonk and Shopify.
- System development and improvements - continually and proactively looking to improve data flow processes and keep tools up to date
- Creation of manuals and documentation for applications.
- Be the key liaison between the brand and their IT MSP.
- Gradually move MSP responsibilities inhouse.
- General IT support / admin for the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has strong technical knowledge.
- Can work effectively individually.
- Confident, patient and professional manner.
- Strong desire to learn, and not afraid to take on new challenges.
- Experience using Zedonk, Teamwork and Shopify.
